This is one of the most practical longer walking routes in the area for guests who want an active day without technical mountain terrain. From the Bolfenk area, the route reaches Mariborska Koča in approximately 40 minutes. Continuing towards Areh adds around 70 minutes in one direction, so the full outing works best as a longer half-day route.
